Ph.D. in Science by the University of São Paulo (2010). Family Physician and Preceptor of the Residency Program in Family and Community Medicine of the Municipal Health Department of Rio de Janeiro (PRMFC-SMS-RJ) at the Family Clinic "Estácio de Sá". Physician preceptor of the medical course at Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA). Technical Responsible Physician at the Nossa Senhora da Victoria Health Institute (INSV). Professional experience in the field of medicine, with emphasis on Family Medicine. He has worked on the following research themes: bioethics, abortion, religious values and health, public health, health policies and chronic diseases care in the Family Health Program (PSF).
