Douglas Eduardo Zampieri

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering (1972) and M. Sc. (1981) from the University of Campinas (1976). Obtained the Ph.D. Title (Doktor-Ingenieur) in Manufaturing Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany (1981). Between 2004 and 2011 was Invited Associated Professor at the University of Campinas with the Department of Computational Mechanics. Has spend sabbatical leaves with Applied Science University Regensburg, Germany (1992) and University of Darmstadt, Germany (2002). From 1994 to 1998 was Dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Unicamp and Director of the Technology Transfer Office of Unicamp from 1998 to 2002. Since 2009 is member of the Research for Innovation Coordination of Fapesp. Has experience in Solid Mechanics, focusing on Mechatronics and Robotics, Vibration and Control, Vehicular Dynamics.
