Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Instituto de Química (IQ)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

I began my academic journey in 2012 at the University of São Paulo (USP), where I earned a degree in Materials Engineering in 2017. Subsequently, I completed a Master's in Materials Science and Engineering at the same institution in 2019, focusing my research on the structural analysis of defects in Cr5Si3 and Cr5B3 compounds using X-ray diffraction and ab-initio methods. In 2019, I started my Ph.D. in Materials Science at the Université de Lorraine (UL), France, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Émilie Gaudry. My doctoral thesis, titled "Complex intermetallic surfaces under operando conditions: theoretical investigation at the atomic scale," investigated the surface properties of quasicrystalline oxides and complex In2O3 oxides supported on PdIn through atomic-scale theoretical modeling. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Chemistry at UNICAMP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Miguel San-Miguel. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
