Fábio Moreira Vargas

Psychoanalyst, professor of Philosophy, Social Sciences, and Scientific Methodology at Fundação de Escola e Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP), and member of the Psicanálise Experimental group (Institute of Psychology - University of São Paulo - USP). Graduated in Philosophy from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters, and Human Sciences at the University of São Paulo (USP). Additionally, holds a degree in Philosophy from the same university. Phd in Psychology from the Institute of Psychology (IP) of the University of São Paulo (USP). Member of the research and training group Experimental Psychoanalysis affiliated with the Institute of Psychology (IP) of the University of São Paulo (USP); member of the training and psychotherapeutic practice group linked to the Department of Psychotherapy of the Institute of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (Ipq-HCFM/USP).Particularly interested in the relationship between Freudian psychoanalysis and the history of contemporary philosophy, as well as the clinical-theoretical articulations between Psychoanalysis and philosophy, in addition to the clinical reflection in a general sense from a psychoanalytic perspective.
