Researcher with experience in materials and processing for aerospace engineering. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher (2023-present) at the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Faculty of Aerospace Engineering, focusing on durability modelling of composite materials using artificial intelligence, as part of the international D-Standart project. Previously, he worked as a researcher at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), Department of Aeronautical Engineering (2022), where he also completed a FAPESP-funded postdoctoral fellowship (2021-2023), conducting research on fatigue and fracture of carbon fibre reinforced polymer composites. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering of Guaratinguetá - UNESP (2017-2021) and a Master's degree from the same institution (2015-2017), both focused on materials and processes for structural applications. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, specialising in Mechanics, from FAT/UERJ (2009-2014), including a one-year exchange programme at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona - Spain (2012-2013), funded by the Science Without Borders programme - CNPq.
