Ester Borges Santos

Bachelor of International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of the University of São Paulo (IRI / USP). Received a scholarship from FAPESP between the years 2016 and 2018, assisting first the research group "Brasil, as Americas e o Mundo" at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP) and, later, scientific initiation with the title "Relação Brasil-Venezuela, sob ótica da opinião pública". Worked, between 2018 and 2019, at the NGO Artigo 19 Brasil, in the area of access to information, where publications and reports were developed that recognize the right to public information as essential for the maintenance of other fundamental rights.
