Abstract
The acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common neoplasm on childhood, characterized by affecting lymphoblastic cells. Among the drugs used on its treatment we found the enzyme L-Asparaginase (ASNase) from Escherichia coli (EcA).
