PhD student in the Post-Graduate Program in Environment and Society at UNICAMP, with a Masters degree in Social Anthropology and a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from the same university. Has research experience in the Amazon, focusing on practices of agroextractive economy in riverine communities of the Middle Jurua river (Amazonas, Brazil). Currently, he is interested in investigating the interactions between technological innovation and local knowledge in ecological restoration initiatives in degraded areas along the Xingu River and the Transamazonian Highway (BR-230).
