Aldemir Aparecido de Oliveira Junior

Master student of the Graduate Program in Scientific and Technological Policy of the Geosciences Institute of the State University of Campinas. Member of the Technologies and Social Transformations Laboratory (LABTTS). He researches the sociopolitical impacts of digital platform recommendation algorithms around narrative disputes over the Amazon. He holds a bachelor's degree in Image and Sound from the Federal University of São Carlos, with emphasis in Script and Production. Developed the Scientific Initiation research entitled "The reception of Japanese animation in Brazil: a case study of anime Naruto Shippuuden", promoted by FAPESP. He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Audiovisual University Magazine (RUA). Participated as a contributing researcher member of the Danish TV Drama Series Project, linked to the Media Studies Department of the Aarhus University School of Communication and Culture. He was Director and Art Producer of the short film "Salomé" (Thiago Jacot, 2015) and Art Producer of the short film "Rapaz em Amarelo" (Lucas Hossoe, 2017). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
