Professor of General Economic History and Economic Formation of Brazil at UNESP-Araraquara, affiliated with the Department of Economics. Postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Institute of Advanced Studies (IEA) at the University of São Paulo. PhD in Political Science (2023) from the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Literature, and Human Sciences (FFLCH) at the University of São Paulo, with a thesis on the political economy of subsidies to Brazilian agriculture. Master's degree in International Relations (2018) from the Institute of International Relations (IRI) at the University of São Paulo, with a sandwich period at the University of San Andrés, Argentina, with a dissertation on Argentine migration policy in the context of Mercosur regional integration. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations (2014) from UNESP-Franca. He is a member of the Center for the Study of International Negotiations (CAENI) at USP, where he develops multiple projects. He was part of the project Consultancy to Develop Training Materials on Science Diplomacy related to Global Environmental Change in the Americas, a research project on scientific diplomacy and international negotiations developed in partnership with the Inter-American Institute for Global Research (IAI). He participated in the project Scientific Diplomacy and Innovation for Digital Cooperation, funded by CNPq. He was a member of the São Paulo Migration Observatory at UNICAMP. He is interested in a variety of research topics at the intersection of International Relations, Political Science, and Economics, including international negotiations, scientific diplomacy, artificial intelligence, political economy, international economy, trade policy, interest groups, regional integration, and international migration.
