He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the National University of Colombia - Bogotá (2011), a master's degree (2014), and a Ph.D. (2017) in Physics from UFABC. He conducted postdoctoral research at IFGW at UNICAMP (2017-2019). Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Physics department at UFPE. He serves as the vice-coordinator of the Central Multi-User Facility of DF. His expertise lies in the field of Statistical Mechanics and Condensed Matter Physics, with a primary focus on the following topics: phase transitions, systems with valence fluctuations, heavy fermions, quantum criticality, strongly correlated systems, and electronic spin resonance (ESR).
