Diego Trevisan Brunelli

He holds a degree in Physical Education from the Methodist University of Piracicaba (UNIMEP), a Masters degree in Physical Education from the Faculty of Physical Education (FEF) at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and a PhD in Physical Education from FEF/UNICAMP, including a sandwich doctorate period at the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education (FCDEFUC) at the University of Coimbra (Portugal). Additionally, he completed postdoctoral research at FEF/UNICAMP and at the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FCA/UNICAMP), where he also spent a period as a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Nutrition and Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah (United States). His research interests include Exercise Physiology, Physical Activity and Health, and Sports Training. He has worked as a professor and researcher on the following topics: Combined Training, Exercise Immunology, Inflammation, Immunosenescence, Obesity, Aging, Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases, and Physical Fitness.
