Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Biological Sciences at Bauru School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo (FOB-USP). She holds a PhD in Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology, Stomatology, Radiology, and Imaging from FOB-USP, conducted at the Biochemistry Laboratory with a FAPESP Proc scholarship (2017/05031-2, 2021). She pursued a Sandwich PhD at Universität Bern, Switzerland, with a BEPE-FAPESP Proc scholarship (2019/16815-0, 2020). She earned a Master of Science degree focusing on Stomatology and Oral Biology from FOB-USP (2016) and graduated in Biomedicine with a focus in Clinical Pathology from Universidade Paulista, Bauru campus (2013). She was a Scientific Initiation student at the Biochemistry Laboratory at FOB-USP (2012-2013). She completed her postdoctoral research at the Biochemistry Laboratory at FOB-USP under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marília Afonso Rabelo Buzalaf, supported by a FAPESP Proc scholarship (2021/00203-5) linked to the FAPESP Thematic Project Proc. 2019/26070-1 (2021-2024). Her primary acting research include Clinical Pathology - Clinical Analysis, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Fluorine, Bone Biology, Cell Culture - Primary Osteoclast Culture, Acquired Pellicle, Saliva, Head and Neck Cancer, Proteomic Analysis, QCM-D Analysis, Dental Erosion, and Recombinant Proteins. Dr. Ventura has co-supervised several scientific initiation projects under FAPESP scholarships (2018/17860-6, 2019/09774-5, 2019/25151-8, 2020/02175-6), as well as PIBIC/CNPq and Pre-Scientific Initiation of the WASH Program - USP/CNPq. She has also served as a scientific initiation advisor for PIBIC/CNPq (2022/02424-1). Currently, she is a mentor for PIBIC/CNPq and FAPESP (Proc. 2024/22199-8; 2024/17375-1; 2025/01732-2) Scientific Initiation.
