She is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Notre Dame (with a Presidential Fellowship). She has a master's degree, also in Political Science, from the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences (IFCH) at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), where she also has a degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on Political Science. She is a member of the Representation and Politics in Legislatures Lab (RPLL - Notre Dame) and an associate researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP), the National Association of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Social Sciences (ANPOCS), the Center for Public Opinion Studies from Unicamp (CESOP), the Kellogg Institute For International Studies (Notre Dame) and the Notre Dame Eliminating Violence Against Women Lab (E-VAW).
