Postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Plant Sciences at Laval University, Quebec, Canada. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture at the University of São Paulo (CENA-USP). He holds a Ph.D. in Sciences with an emphasis on Biology in Agriculture and the Environment from CENA-USP (2017-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA, 2011-2016), with a study period at the University of Coimbra, Portugal (2012-2013).His research focuses on microbial community studies and the application of computational tools to explore microorganisms in Brazilian biomes, aiming to understand their ecological functions. He also investigates microorganism-plant interactions and their impact on plant growth promotion.
