Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Química (IQ)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelor (2008) and PhD (2012) in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo, with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry. Completed doctoral and postdoctoral internships at the Laboratoire de Chimie de Coordination of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in Toulouse, France. Began her scientific career in the field of Bioinorganic Chemistry, focusing on the evaluation of the antitumor, antibacterial, and antifungal activity of metal complexes. Worked on doctoral and postdoctoral projects in the area of nanocatalysis, with emphasis on the preparation of colloidal and supported metallic nanoparticles using conventional methods, ligand-assisted synthesis, and organometallic complex-based approaches. The catalytic reactions studied include olefin hydrogenation, CC coupling, CO#8322; hydrogenation, and nitro compound reduction. Has six years of experience as a Senior Researcher and Project Leader in Innovation at Clariant, focusing on the development of catalysts and solid absorbents for processes involving synthesis gas and natural gas. Currently teaches in the Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Science programs at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and is the creator of the "Time de Liderança" project, which aims to promote reflection on leadership and soft skills not only in companies but also in academia.
