Sair Maximo Chavez Pacheco

Graduated from the Pharmacy and Biochemistry Faculty of UNMSM (National Universty of San Marcos), Lima, Peru. Master in Biological Sciences (Microbiology) at University of São Paulo. He worked under supervision from Professor PhD Marcio Vinicius Bertacine Dias in the Applied Structural Biology Laboratory, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo. His studies are focused on undertanding the molecular basis of the mechanism of isoniazid resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis using structural and biophysical approaches. He has experience in Molecular Biology Techniques, Protein Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Quality Control. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
