Kimberly Yanaguidaira de Oliveira

Professional with experience in the field of public education, with a background in leadership development, school management, public policy innovation, and network strengthening. Holds a bachelor's and licentiate degree in Biological Sciences from the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo (IB-USP), and a postgraduate specialization in School Management and Pedagogical Coordination. Has worked as a Science teacher in the municipal public school system of Vitória (ES) through the Ensina Brasil program, as a pedagogical coordinator at the State Department of Education of Espírito Santo, and as a trainee in public management innovation at the Innovation Lab in Management (LAB.ges), under the Department of Management and Human Resources. Experienced in mentoring, teacher training, curating high-impact projects, and designing career advancement strategies in the public sector. Currently works in the third sector, supporting the career advancement of alumni from the Ensina Brasil Leadership Development Program, with a focus on professional entry and growth in the public sector and educational ecosystem.
