Ph.D. in Business Administration at FEA-USP, in collaboration with Università della Calabria (Italy), conducting research focused on open innovation and public policy strategies for innovation funding. Holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Strategy and Innovation Management) from UNINOVE, with an exchange program at Université Pierre Mendès (France), and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from FATEC-SP. Specialized in Generative Artificial Intelligence (FIA), Venture Capital Private Equity (INSPER), Future Scenarios (INSPER), Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Université Pierre Mendès - France), among others.An executive and researcher with extensive experience in designing and leading RDI projects, operating at the intersection of government, universities, and companies. Has coordinated over 60 innovation projects, securing more than BRL 250 million in non-repayable funding for startups, corporations, and RD institutions. Currently serves as Director of Ecosystem Projects at the Center for Open Innovation Brazil, leading strategic initiatives in open innovation and technology financing.Also recognized as a curator of national and international events, having organized over 500 lectures and workshops, and as a co-founder of the Latin American Congress of Open Innovation Cases. Has teaching experience in postgraduate programs in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and data analysis. Honored with awards such as the 1st Itaú Award for Behavioral Sciences and recognized six times in the 100 Open Startups ranking, both as a leading startup and a distinguished corporation.His research interests include open innovation, public policies for innovation funding, deep techs, and financing mechanisms for startups and technology-based companies.
