PhD student in Biological Sciences, I have experience working in the laboratory. I carried out scientific initiation at the Molecular and Structural Biology Laboratory for two years, and initially the project was financed by CNPq (PIBIC grant) and for one year by FAPESP. I completed my master's degree in the Postgraduate program in Biodiversity in Coastal Environments, in the research area of Bioprospecting and Biotechnology. The results obtained during these periods were presented at conferences and published in articles. I am currently carrying out my PhD project in the same laboratory. Among laboratory activities, I have knowledge of heterologous expression of enzymes, cultivation of bacteria, amplification of genes, extraction of genetic material, activity assays, knowledge of the use of programs such as: Pymol, Chimera, Autodock and Autodock Vina, Discovery Studio, Clustal Omega and Jalwie.
