Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Química de São Carlos (IQSC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

He Graduated in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista-UNESP, Bauru Campus (2015). During this period, he developed research in photopolymerization and polymers obtained from biomass, aiming at the principles of green chemistry. He holds a master's degree in Materials Science and Technology from Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP (2018), working in polymerization and obtaining new materials from glycerol. In 2022, he received his PhD in Materials Science and Technology with an Emphasis in Chemistry from the same institution, with funding from the São Paulo Research Foundation-FAPESP. Working on synthesizing, characterizing, and applying polymeric materials from renewable sources (triacylglycerols). During his doctorate, he interned abroad at the Green Chemistry Center of Excellence- University of York, United Kingdom, working on carbonating renewable sources for synthesizing biopolyurethanes. He is a postdoctoral fellow with FAPESP support at the Chemistry Institute of São Carlos - IQSC/USP. He has experience in the areas of Chemistry and Materials, with emphasis on synthesis, characterization and application of polymers; working on the following topics: renewable sources/biomass, monomer synthesis assisted by microwave irradiation, green chemistry, use of CO2, radical photopolymerization, condensation polymerization and characterization of materials with emphasis on Thermal Analysis (TG, DTA, DSC and DMA) and Spectroscopy (MIR, NMR and UV-Vis).
