She is a PhD student in Social Anthropology at the Federal University of São Carlos (PPGAS-UFSCAR). The research project (funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation FAPESP) studies the memory of peasantry struggles in mining conflicts in northern Bahia. During her masters degree in Social Anthropology and BA in Social Sciences at UFSCar, she carried out research with the community of Paracatu de Baixo, affected by the rupture of the Fundão dam in Mariana/MG. Researcher at Hybris - Study and Research Group on Power Relations, Conflicts, Socialities (PPGAS UFSCar/USP).
