Mechanical Engineer and Production Technologist from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (Colombia), with a Masters and Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP). Currently, I am a researcher and postdoctoral fellow in Mechanical Engineering at USPs Polytechnic School, focusing on concentrated solar power, solar fuels, solar hydrogen production, and bioenergy. My research includes material selection for chemical reactors and sustainable energy alternatives, such as biomass.I also have experience as a university professor, teaching Basic Mathematics for Engineering and Fundamentals of Materials Science and Engineering.
