Vinicius Augusto Machado Nogueira

Graduated in Physics from the Physics Institute of the University of São Paulo (2023). He carried out Scientific Initiation projects during his degree in Physics in which he participated in the Molecular Electronics Group in the project Evaluation of the influence of changes in the physical parameters of OTFTs and thin film deposition processes on the electrical parameters of the device (2018 to 2020) in which he had the task of building the organic dielectric film of an electrical device and, Thus, he participated in the publication of the articles Organic Dielectric Films for Flexible Transistors as Gas Sensors (published in JICS in 2020), Bias stress in organic thin-film transistors towards low-cost flexible gas sensors (published in JICS in 2021) and Detection of Water Contaminants by Organic Transistors as Gas Sensors in a Bottom-Gate/Bottom-Contact Cross-Linked Structure (published in Sensors in 2023). He also took part in the project Dissemination of High Energy Physics I (2022 to 2023) in which he acted as tutor for the Beginners and Advanced editions of the International MasterClasses hands on particle physics in 2023 promoted by the SPRACE group.He has also produced works in the areas of Physics Teaching and Science Communication, presenting the Cloud Chamber experiment in public schools in São Paulo and in editions of MasterClasses. In addition, she also completed a thesis for a degree in Physics entitled "Engagement in Physics Teaching: an analysis of inquiry-based teaching and its results in engagement". In this thesis, she researched the analysis of student engagement in physics laboratory classes in order to understand the results of inquiry-based teaching in this respect. Currently, he works teaching classes at the NGOs Há Esperança and Grupo Primavera in Campinas, as well as working as an on-call answerer for Physics questions at Colégio Crescer Campinas and is also in the process of starting his master's degree in Physics Teaching.
