Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Instituto de Física Gleb Wataghin (IFGW)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Rússia

He compleated post-graduation course (lato sensu) in nanotechnology in electronics and received the PhD degree in physics from the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, in 2009 and 2016, respectively. His current research interests include the synthesis and characterization of carbon nanostructured materials (nanotubes, graphene and ultrathin graphite etc) and devices based on these materials (thin and ultrathin films, sensors of deformation and photovoltaic structures), has skills in following instrumentation techniques: Raman spectroscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy and transport measurements (magnetoresistance, Hall effect, etc.) at cryogenic temperatures. He is experienced in the analysis of statistical models of the physical processes observed experimentally, including data analysis skills of Raman, XRD and XPS spectroscopies, with an emphasis on the identification of spectroscopic signals. He compleated the Post-Doctoral Fellow with The "Gleb Wataghin" Institute of Physics and Center for Semiconductor Components and Nanotechnologies (State University of Campinas, Campinas, Brazil) studying transport phenomena in condensed matter. Currently, he holds the position of Technology Consultant at the Eldorado Research Institute and works in the RD area, developing biosensors, SiC-based electronics for high power, Qubits, and failure analysis.
