The objective of this work is to evaluate the abrasive potential of dentifrices for total prosthesis hygiene. It will be used 80 samples of thermically activated acrylic resin (90 x 30 x 3 mm), that will be submitted to brushing assay in a brushing machine (Mavtec), at a frequency of 356 rpm, brush stroke (TekMacia) of 3.8 cm and time of 50 minutes (corresponding to 1 year of brushing).
