Holds a Master's degree in Science (concentration area: Geological Oceanography) and a Bachelor's degree in Oceanography from the Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo. Her research focuses on Geological Oceanography and aims to identify the processes responsible for the morphology of the seabed and the sedimentary architecture of the subsurface layers using Marine Geophysics data. Has experience in acquiring, processing, generating results and interpreting data from single and multi-channel 2D seismic profiling, single and multi-beam bathymetry, backscatter, sonar and magnetometry. Took part in the 2nd PROERG-GAS Expedition on board the Vital de Oliveira Hydro-Oceanographic Research Vessel and the 1st CORE-VTRCC Expedition on board the Cruzeiro do Sul Hydro-Oceanographic Vessel.
