Graduated in Social Sciences at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André (2005); Master in Health Sciences / Epidemiology at the ABC Medical School (2010) and PhD in Sociology at the UFSCAR Graduate Program in Sociology (2015) and Post-Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology at the Graduate Program in Clinical Psychology at USP Institute of Psychology (2020 ...). He was a consultant for the United Nations Population Fund - UNFPA (2010; 2017/18); trainer of the São Paulo Municipal Department of Education; Professor of African history at Faculdade São Bernardo (2010-2014); Visiting Scholar PDSE with the Department of Philosophy (University of Connecticut, UConn, 2014-2015) and received, in 2016, the Honorable Mention of the Capes Thesis Award in the area of #8203;#8203;Sociology, from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES. He is currently Professor of the Graduate Program in Social Work and Social Policies at the Federal University of São Paulo - Campus Baixada Santista; member of the Amma Psique e Negritude Institute and member of the editorial committee of the Coluçõesções Palavras Negras (Editora Negras) (Editora prospect) and Dialogues of the Diaspora (UCITEC). He has experience with teaching, research and extension in the subjects Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations, Black Thought, Health of the Black Population and Psychology and Racial Relations, Capitalism and Racism.
