Master in Space Engineering and Technology from the National Institute for Space Research (1992). Graduated in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Goiás (1987). Has experience in Aerospace Engineering with emphasis in Control Systems, Modelling and Simulation. Worked in the areas of Design and Simulation of Control Systems; Real-Time Control; Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation; Adaptive Control, Satellite and Rocket Attitude Control; Control of Flexible Structures; Nonlinear Systems; Software Development and Data Communication. Also has experience in Telecommunications in operating and programming business communication systems; configuration and installation of applications for business telecommunication network management; Training and Education .
