Adeylson Guimarães Ribeiro

PhD in Public Health from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo (2018) and Master of Science from the Federal University of Itajubá (2013). Holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2000). Completed a Sandwich PhD at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences (IRAS), Utrecht University, Netherlands, and is a member of the Research Center for Environmental Risk Assessment (NARA) at the School of Public Health, University of São Paulo. His postdoctoral research was conducted at the Pio XII Foundation Barretos Cancer Hospital (Hospital de Amor) and at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC/WHO) in Lyon, France, focusing on the analysis of epidemiological data related to cancer incidence and mortality. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of Information and Epidemiology at the São Paulo Oncocenter Foundation (FOSP), producing essential epidemiological information to support cancer control actions, public health decision-making, and the planning of oncology care in the state of São Paulo.
