Since 2006, I have been engaged in highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, and I take great pride in having consistently delivered substantial results wherever I've worked. I conceived the concept of intelligent failure prediction in engines, developing both the hardware and embedded software (in C language) integrated with Machine Learning (as early as 2007). This effort culminated in a patent granted in 36 countries and personal recognition from a multinational company.I also spearheaded hardware projects with embedded machine learning for medical devices (using Matlab, Python, C language, and SolidEdge), securing financial support from FAPESP for significant projects, thereby demonstrating our technical and scientific rigor and achieving two granted patents. I led a team comprised of engineers, medical professionals, and scholars.In terms of leadership, I relish working closely with people and have specialized in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), firmly believing that innovation begins with diverse perspectives. A testament to this philosophy is the projects I undertook at FATEC, resulting in patents for students and initiatives aimed at proposing solutions for dam-related challenges, which garnered media attention for the institution and its students.
