Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Escola de Engenharia de São Carlos (EESC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

He holds a Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (2016), a Master?s in Electrical Engineering (2019), and an MBA in Project Management (2021), both from the University of São Paulo. He is currently working on his thesis at the University of São Paulo (2023), focusing on the expansion planning of electrical power distribution systems and distributed energy resources (energy storage systems, distributed generators, and electric vehicle charging stations). Develops and is the main maintainer of the DSSData. An open-source Python package for steady-state analysis of electrical power distribution systems modeled in OpenDSS. He has experience with Machine Learning, Mathematical Optimization, and Mathematical Programming for applications in electrical power distribution systems and energy resources using languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python, Julia, and OpenDSS. He is interested in mathematical and computational models of electrical energy distribution systems and their components, technical and financial feasibility studies of projects in electrical power systems, and management of research and development projects in the electrical power sector.
