Dulceneia Becker

Holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul - UNISC and a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS. Before pursuing her MSc, worked in the publishing industry as assistant manager and computer graphics designer. Also worked as a self-employed software developer. Before starting her PhD, she worked in academia as a lecturer for Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões, teaching graduate and undergraduate students, and as a researcher and technical assistant for CESUP - National Supercomputing Centre of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. In the United Kingdom, she worked for AspenTech and Cranfield University as a research collaborator. In 2006, she joined the Gas Turbine Group of the Aeronautical Institute of Technology - ITA as a postdoctoral researcher. Currently, works as researcher at Federal University of Uberlandia.
