Food Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering - FZEA/USP in 2015. Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at Unicamp to study the solid-liquid equilibrium of mixtures composed of fatty acids, fatty alcohols and triacylglycerols funded by CNPq. PhD in Chemical Engineering at Unicamp to determine the solubility of light gases in DES at high pressures, funded by FAPESP. Currently is a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Petroleum Studies (CEPETRO) at Unicamp to study the influence of asphaltene aggregate types on emulsion stability. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
