Júlia Ruete de Souza

Graduated in Medicine at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (2016-2021). Currently, First Year Medical Resident in Otolaryngology at Hospital PUC-Campinas (2023-2026)During graduation, did voluntary and paid tutoring in the area of Operative Techniques and Semiology, participated as a listener and organizer of several scientific-academic events and held management position in student bodies, as president of the Academic League of Otorhinolaryngology and director of sports modality at Associação Atlética Acadêmica Carlos Osvaldo Teixeira.Carried out extracurricular internships in the area of Otorhinolaryngology at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Thailand and in Intensive Care Medicine at Hospital São Paulo in Brazil.Research student at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in the area of Hematology between 2017 and 2020, having received a one year scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). Presented case report in the area of Otorhinolaryngology at an academic congress and in the area of Hematology at a national congress.Awarded for best work in Hemotherapy and Cell Therapy at the Brazilian Congress of Hematology (HEMO 2019).
