Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Centro de Pesquisas Meteorológicas e Climáticas Aplicadas à Agricultura (CEPAGRI)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Biological Sciences Degree from the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), and Master in Ecology and Biodiversity by the Biosciences Institute - São Paulo State University "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP). She is currently developing her PhD project at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry, Department for Biogeochemical Signals - Jena/Germany, entitled "Next-generation ecosystem models to simulate acclimation of plant nutrient-use strategies to global change", which seeks to investigate how plants can reabsorb allocated nutrients in order to adapt to climate change, and what are the implications of that for modeling predictions of global carbon and nutrient cycles. She is interested in functional ecology, plant modeling, climate change and its effects on terrestrial ecosystems. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
