Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Química (IQ)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

He began his scientific training with the synthesis and characterization of iron(II) complexes with diflunisal, focusing on their redox activity and effects on cellular oxidative stress. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate in Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry, University of São Paulo (USP), with consolidated experience in coordination chemistry and the investigation of molecularly complex systems, especially photoactive compounds. He has expertise in the synthesis and characterization of metal complexes containing iron, strontium, and lanthanide ions. His research employs spectroscopic techniques such as UV-Vis, NMR, femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy (fs-TAS), and stimulated Raman spectroscopy (FSRS), alongside computational modeling methods including DFT and ZINDO/S, to study electronic properties, reactivity, and excited-state mechanisms in photochemical processes.
