PhD candidate in Political Science at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), with a scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation - FAPESP. Currently engaged in a research internship abroad at the Institute of Public Administration, Leiden University, The Hague Campus, Netherlands. Holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), funded by a FAPESP scholarship. Bachelors degree in Public Administration from São Paulo State University - UNESP, Araraquara Campus, having been a Santander Exchange Scholar at the University of Salamanca - USAL/Spain (2017), a PIBIC scholarship holder from CNPq (2016 - 2018), a member of the Tutorial Education Program - PET Public Administration (2014 - 2018), and an extension scholarship holder from ProEx UNESP (2015). Chief Editor of the journal Agenda Política (ISSN 2318-8499). Member of The Observatory of the Executive Power (OBPEX) and the Bureaucracy Studies Group (NEB). Former Coordinator of the Working Group on State and Public Policies at the Brazilian Forum of Graduate Programs in Political Science (FBCP) in 2022 and 2023. Former teaching fellow in the Bachelor's in Public Administration program at UNESP Araraquara (2022-2023). Works in the field of Public Policies (at the intersection of Political Science and Public Administration) with research interests in public policy analysis, bureaucracy in the policy-making process, energy policies, and public policy agenda.
