Higor Rafael de Souza Carvalho

Higor Carvalho is an architect and urban planner from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He has a Masters degree from the Institute of Geography of the Paris 1 Sorbonne University, France, and a Master's degree from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the University of São Paulo. He worked on social housing projects and management in Reunion Island and in Brazil, where he has been working conceiving urban and housing policies at the São Paulo City Council and São Paulo City Hall.
