Assistant Professor at the Institute of Physics at UFRGS and permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Physics at the same institution. He is also a collaborator faculty member of the Graduate Program in Astrophysics at INPE. A member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences. He holds a Bachelor's degree (2012), Master's degree (2014), and Ph.D. (2018) in Physics from UFRN, UERN, and UFJF, respectively. Between 2014 and 2016, he conducted his doctoral research at UAB in Spain. His research focuses primarily on Cosmology, Cosmological Parameter Analysis, Dark Matter, Dark Energy, Tests and Extensions of General Relativity, and Gravitational Wave Astronomy with an emphasis on Cosmology.
