Has a degree in Biomedicine from Universidade Paulista (Ribeirão Preto Campus), completing a scientific initiation internship at the Laboratory of Immunochemistry and Glycobiology at the University of São Paulo for two years. In 2021, she joined the Master's program in Microbiology at the University of São Paulo (USP), in the Laboratory of Antifungal Chemotherapy, where she worked in the area of #8203;#8203;Mycology, with an emphasis on the area of #8203;#8203;development and screening of antifungals, investigation of virulence factors of Cryptococcus spp and antifungal activity in murine and larval models of Galleria mellonella. In 2023, continued his research in the PhD program in Microbiology at the University of São Paulo, investigating the antifungal potential of organoseleniums against Cryptococcus gattii.
