Bachelor of Chemistry from Universidade do Oeste Paulista (2020), with international experience through an academic exchange in Chemistry Education at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Coimbra, Portugal (2017/2018), funded by the Ibero-Americanas - SANTANDER program. Holds a Ph.D. in Sciences, with an emphasis on Food Science, Technology, and Engineering, from the Integrated Food Systems Interunits Program at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences - USP (2024), supported by a CAPES scholarship, with a thesis focused on "Dry blood spots as a sampling tool: applications in clinical trials evaluating postprandial metabolism." Currently engaged in a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Microbiology at Biopark Educação, with a scholarship from Fundação Araucária, Specialization in Management in Professional and Technological Education at IFPR, and an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at USP/Esalq.
