Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico (São Paulo - Estado). Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares (IPEN)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Chemical Engineer graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in 2010. From 2011 to 2012 I worked on a research project at the National Institute of Technology (INT) in partnership with Petrobras studying the production of acrylic acid from propane. In 2013, I obtained my Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFF under the supervision of Dr. Lisiane Mattos (UFF) and Dr. Fabio Noronha (INT) studying metal catalysts supported in cerium oxide for reforming ethanol at low temperature. In 2018 I concluded my PhD at the Military Engineering Institute (IME), researching the development of compact processors for hydrogen production from ethanol reforming using monolithic supported catalysts under the supervision of Dr. Luiz Borges (IME) and Dr. Fabio Noronha ( INT). Through the "Science Without Borders" program, I completed a PhD (2016) sandwich at Columbia University (NYC) in Dr. Robert Farrauto's research group. From September 2019 to April 2024 she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Fuel Cells and Hydrogen at the Institute for Energy and Nuclear Research (IPEN). During this time, she participated in a research project at Purdue University as a visiting postdoctoral researcher. She currently works as a research consultant in catalysis at SENAI CETIQT, located in the UFRJ Technology Park. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
