He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a researcher in the Vision, Robotics and Imaging group (Dinf-VRI). He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Computing at Unicamp from 2019 to 2021, and at ISCTE, Portugal in 2022.
