Peter Panutto. Full time Professor in PUC-Campinas. Member of the Masters in Law Program of PUC-Campinas, where teaches Democratic Constitutional Jurisdiction, as well as conducting dissertation guidance. Professor of Constitutional Law at the PUC-Campinas Law School. Member of the Research Group Law and Social Reality (CNPq / PUC-Campinas), acting in the Research Line Human Rights and Public Policies, mainly in issues involving constitutional jurisdiction. Master (2012) and Doctor (2015) in Law by the Toledo Educational Institution. Bachelor of Law (1997) and Master of Civil Procedural Law (2004) by PUC-Campinas. Former Director of the PUC-Campinas Law College from February 1th, 2010 to January 31th, 2018. Completed the Postdoctoral Program at the São Paulo University Law College, under the supervision of Professor Conrado Hübner Mendes. Member of INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATION - IPSA. Justice Secretary of Campinas City, São Paulo State, Brazil. Visiting Scholar at Washington University in St. Louis Law College under the supervision of professor Lee Epstein.
