PhD in Chemistry from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS, 2019), with a thesis focused on the development of nanostructured electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Conducted a research internship at the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung GmbH (2017-2018), funded by CAPES, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Karl Mayrhofer and co-supervision of Dr. Marc Ledendecker. Worked as a FAPESP postdoctoral researcher at the Electrochemical and Environmental Processes Group (GPEA) at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC/USP), focusing on the development and application of nanostructured electrocatalysts for hydrogen peroxide production and advanced oxidation processes. From 2022 to 2023, served as a visiting researcher (BEPE-FAPESP) and project coordinator focused on ORR at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Currently, he is a senior scientist and group co-leader at the Technical University of Munich, Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability, focusing on the research and development of stable materials for electrocatalytic reactions applied to energy conversion and electrosynthesis.
