Dr Bonfim is a health service researcher. She is the Coordinator of Center for Studies, Research and Practices in Primary Health care and Networks (CEPPAR), that aims to improve the linkage and exchange between research, policy and practice. Dr Bonfim's research focuses on understanding and measuring of human health resources painel size, impact of workforce and factors influencing effective care delivery. Additional research interests incude nursing practice, implementation science, and practice-based research network (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
