João Gabriel Mostazo Lopes

Holds a PhD in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature from the University of São Paulo (2021), with a thesis on the work of the Chilean poet Nicanor Parra, and a Bachelor's Degree in Literary Studies from the State University of Campinas (2015). Was a Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Language Studies of Unicamp (2022-2024).Works in the area of #8203;#8203;Literature, with emphasis on Literary Theory, working mainly on the following themes: anti-poetry, modern and contemporary Brazilian literature, critical theory, contemporary philosophy and Latin American Avant-garde. Poet and playwright, wrote and produced the stageplays "Fauna Fácil de Bestas Simples" (2015), "A Demência dos Touros" (2017), "Roda Morta" (2018), in addition to the feature film "Rompecabezas" (2020), and wrote and directed the play "Dr. Anti" (2022).
