I am a PhD candidate for UNICAMP and Université de Bourgogne, supervised by Marcos Jardim(UNICAMP) and Daniele Faenzi(UB) and coadvised by Alan Muniz(UFPE). My main interest is in distributions and foliations of low degree in Fano 3folds of Picard rank 1, more specifically in classifying the discrete numerical invariants of the shaves that are related to the distributions, its singular schemes and \mu-stability of such objects. In this project we aim to introduce the student on basics tools of algebraic geometry throughout the studies of singular curves in the complex affine and projective spaces. Even though the project is focused in the complex case, we will be using examples from real setting to contrast with the complex ones. (AU)
