Professor of Medicine at Anhembi Morumbi University, São José dos Campos/SP campus. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship with FAPESP in Applied Immunology at the Institute of Science and Technology (ICT) of the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), where she still collaborates on research projects. She holds a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS - PPGBM, CAPES 7). She completed a master's degree in Sciences (Animal Biodiversity) at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM).
